Terms And Conditions

General

  1. Participant will have to fill out the application registration form and submit for offline registrations.
  2. Program Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.
  3. It is the Participant's/Attendee’s/Trainee’s sole decision whether or not to take part in any event/programme conducted by Harvest Academy.
  4. Once the participant makes the Successful payment, an auto welcome mail with the Ticket copy shall be sent to the participant mail id.
  5. If the event gets cancelled or postponed because of any unforeseen reasons, in such case, it is up to the management decision to refund the amount or not to the participant.
  6. Participant should produce the e-ticket for verification at the venue.
  7. E-Tickets are not transferable and only the Authorised registered person will be allowed on that ticket.
  8. Only one person will be allowed on each ticket for one event.
  9. Any disputes are subject to the Chennai jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Cancellation & Refund policy

  1. Any Seminar/Conference/Event/Workshop mentioned in the website (i.e., www.harvestyourself.com), any individual can apply for the same by filling the form, accepting Terms & condition and paying the required programme/ticket fees.
  2. Harvest Success Academy Private Limited (HSA), reserves the rights of selection or rejection of the application submitted. Participant/Trainee who has paid the fees will be generally allowed to attend the programme and payment once made shall not be refunded. In case of rejection of application, the company will intimate by email/phone and refund process will be initiated within 03 to 05 working days from the date of rejection. Refunds will be issued upon receiving the necessary bank information from the participant/trainee.
  3. No refund will be eligible in case of no show where the participant arrives late or does not turn up for the event.
  4. No refund will be eligible to any individual if the event / conference /workshop conducted is not up to the satisfaction or expectation of the participant.
  5. If the participant has paid mistakenly twice for same event, it has to be brought to company notice by written mail from his/her registered mail id on the same day, to be eligible for refund of the one transaction amount as per refund process explained above, beyond which it will not be entertained.
  6. In case event / conference / Work shop is cancelled or postponed, should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of the revised dates & if you are unable to attend the event / conference / Work shop then the refund discretion is at management end.
