This program primarily looks at empowering the youth of today, by imparting indispensable knowledge and skills to achieve their goals, instill confidence and ultimately succeed in life.

Today’s Challenges

Under the impact of global, social and economic change, youth development has become more complex than before, especially since they are essential to drive the future of the industry. Working in the best-in-class companies with a good renumeration package, requires more than just the college education. While the professional qualification is definitely essential, employers also look at holistic skill development. Hence a good combination of both is a prerequisite for judging a potential employee’s competency in the industry.

Moreover, the enthusiasm and proactiveness among today’s youth is questionable and disappearing slowly leading to a lack of zeal and rigor. The rationale behind this is the increasing competition, unemployment, lack of soX skills etc., thereby leading to a high-pressure job market. The successful pass outs in higher education are only 50%, out of which only 7% manage to a]ain employment immediately. Consequently, this rejection and dealing with failure, causes dents in their confidence and ultimately leads them to look towards inappropriate alternatives. This program is a small towards coping with this complexity by helping them acquire ways in which they can make themselves valuable and contributing members of their family and community.
